Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, and all items of personal nature.
Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
Payments for service provided on a personal basis.
Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like weather, rail and flight delays, roadblocks, and vehicle Mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
Personal expense such as laundry, Camera Charges or any other services, Deviation from the Tour Map will be charged extra as per the Plans.
Cost incurred due to mishaps, strikes, political unrest etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Within 7 Days – 50% will be deducted from the total fare
Above 7 Days – 20% will be deducted from the total fare
Within 2 Days - No refund

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

50% of the total package cost has to be made, in order to block the rooms.
Upon confirmation for hotel, receipt and proforma invoice would be forwarded.
Cab details would be informed 2 day prior to your arrival.
Photo ID card is mandatory while you are on tour.

I took houseboats and also canoe trip here and it was fabulous! Beautiful untouched nature with so much greenery and water canals all over like city streets and intersections. Also mango, banana and coconut trees on watersides… people transporting rice from the fields to the city with human power boats. Beautiful experience and professional level of service, totally recommended!
